I have been treated badly by the OZ community

Since i joined this community i have been treated with disrespect and was being discriminated. Every report the admins get and see are only looked up from the perspective of the Russian players and the chat on english was not even considered. The Report from the link is completely lack of interesst of the admin since i was not afk and was incomer in the game. When someone is an incomer and valuer leaves you do not have gold to build cuz u do not have towers to gain gold. Also you can clearly see i sent on lvl17 witch was last lvl to send. Totaly bad ban from totaly uninteressted admin.
I also got reported for demanding rmk on lvl1 cuz i forgot to type HOLD in lobby. I explained the situation in chat and reasonable asked everyone to draw the game. I can not find the report but i am sure the admins can. Like i told everyone i bought premium only to be able to play with my freind Wayzz in cross games. Without him in my team i have no reason of supporting your bot and i will also stop suporting the bot if the discrimination towards non Russina- Players continious. Thank you for your time.
