Я за Кулдира, хоть у вас к нему неприязень, как минимум Войкс и Гремлин относятся к нему нормально или же нейтрально, а Кулдиру предстоит работать именно с ними, знания английского у него на уровне, но решать таки Крейду.

Если ещё актуально - сам я такую масштабную работу не потяну, но готов помочь человеку, который будет этим заниматься, на энтузиазме, в сфере LiA и лтд х10 особенно, ибо поигрываю.
Уровень английского intermediate, владею юридическим английским, могу переводить правила, если нужна помощь - всегда пожалуйста.

А в какой форме это будет выгружаться? Вот, предположим, я согласен, но у меня есть не больше двух недель свободного времени. Мне прилетит две страницы текста или двести, с кучей "мусора" (кусками кода, разметки, лишними символами) или уже вычищенного? Прост не совсем понятно, на что именно подписываться. Ну и насколько серьёзны планы или идея уже заглохла за недельку.

Раздел общие правила
1. Common rules:
1.1 If you are registered on our web site, you agree with all the valid rules of our project and their further changes and modifications. If you disagree with them, you must stop further using of the forum.
1.2 Before creating new topic, the user must read all the rules of the section. Otherwise, the Moderator or the Administrator has the right to close or delete topic without preliminary explanation.
1.3 If your nickname, signature or messages insult other people – they are prohibited
1.4 If your avatar is indecent or compromises other users – It is prohibited
1.5 It is prohibited to spam messages in the topics or chat
1.6 It is prohibited to insult and provoke the administrators, the moderators and all the other users of the forum. Otherwise, you will be warned or banned on a temporary or permanent basis (depending on the gravity of your breach)
1.7 The Administrator or the Moderator has the right to ban user, if he or she believes, that the user’s actions are destructive and they do harm to the project. The user can appeal against his or her ban in this section: Complaints against the Moderators (тут вставить ссылку)
The punishment varies from warnings or ban for a few days to a full deletion of your profile.
99. The groups of the project:
99.1 The Moderators are the group of moderators. This group consists of the users, who keep order inside the specific section of the forum. The Moderators manage the game project, develop it and consider the appeals of the users.
99.2 Chief Moderators are the group of chief moderators. This group consists of the users, who keep order in all the sections of the forum. This group deals with common issues on the forum and in games.
99.3 The Administrators are the group of the administrators of the project. They deal with the efficiency and development of the project.
100. The rules for the groups:
100.1 Differentiation of the responsibilities of every group of the project. Every group must act within its responsibilities. If the actions of the group lie beyond these responsibilities, it may cause punishment for this group.
100.2 The communication between the groups. All the forms of communication must not do harm to the project. If they do, the punishment for the group varies from warnings to taking all the privileges away.
100.3 The process of ban/unban. It is prohibited to unban users, if they were banned by another group of the Moderators or Administrators.
2. During the games:
2.1 All the players, joining the games on our host-bots, must read all the rules of our project and follow them as well as all the rules of their own servers: Garena, ICCUP, w3arena, Rubattle.net, Eurobattle.net, Battle.net (northrend, azeroth). The breach of these rules causes ban on our host-bot (which may vary from a few hours to permanent ban).
2.2 It is prohibited to show disrespect to the Administration of the project and all the other players. Insulting and obscene nicknames are also prohibited. If you break this rule, the premium player or moderator has the right to warn or ban you (which may vary from 1 day to permanent ban). If you break the rules again and again, the duration of your ban will be increased up to the permanent ban.
2.3 You must not use cheats and bugs or you will be banned permanently and your game statistics will be cleared.
2.4 Every attempt to influence the results of the games or the statistics of other players by unfair methods will lead to the ban of the player (which may vary from 1 day to permanent ban).
Examples:
2.4.1 If somebody asked you to wait and put pause, you cannot remove it in less than 1 minute (which is not valid for LTD 4x4 games, LiA and Dota games)
2.4.2 Abuse of the statistics
2.4.3 Being AFK or ignoring game process
2.5 It is prohibited to spam in the chat of the game (which means writing the messages one by one with small intervals between them, or sending pointless messages). Otherwise your chat will be auto muted for a few minutes. If you abuse it – you will be banned.
2.6 It is prohibited to create nicknames with OZ-prefixes (and all the other nicknames which are connected with the Administration of the project).
2.7 It is prohibited to introduce yourself as the administrator or moderator of the project as well as speaking on their behalf or trying to force somebody do something by mentioning the connections between you and administration.
11. For premium players:
11.1 It is prohibited to misuse host bot’s commands.
11.2 It is prohibited to provoke and disrespect users as well as incitement to hatred of any kind. It would be enough to warn users of their bad behavior and take appropriate measures according to the above-mentioned rules.
11.3 It is prohibited to use your authority as an argument in discussions during the games (you cannot threaten somebody by mute or ban), if these discussions don’t violate these rules.
11.4 If the teams are not full, it is not recommended to start game without every players’ consent . As an exception, you can start the game even when the teams are not full, but only late in the evening or early in the morning, when it is very difficult to find players for the game.
11.5 It is not recommended to change maps by !unhost command in the daytime or in the evening – you’d better make sure, that it is impossible to find players for the game or the vast majority of the players expressed consent to change map.
11.6 If you ban somebody, you should point a valid reason for it, otherwise this ban would be invalid.
11.7 You must not use !kick command during the games. Just in special cases.
11.8 If somebody uses obscenities, swears, insults you or other players, you can punish him by muting his chat through !mute command for a couple of minutes. If this player continues these actions after that – you can mute him for some more minutes. If it doesn’t help, you can ban him.
11.9 It Is prohibited to abuse !pts and !wrl commands. The limits, set by these commands, must be reasonable for finding full teams in a reasonable time.
If the premium player violates these rules, his punishment will vary from warning and ban to taking his privileges away. In this case, the moderator of the appropriate section will finally decide on it after the consultations with the administrator of the project.
12. Autoban system
This system bans players for leaving the games without moderator’s participation. It’s parameters are different:
12.1 For Melee maps:
12.1.1 1х1 – if you leave the game during 2 minutes from the start of the game
12.1.2 2x2 – system bans the first player who leaves the game during 2 minutes from the start of the game
12.2 For LTD games – if you leave the game before it’s end.
12.3 For SC – if you leave the game during 5 minutes from the start of the game
12.4 For Chappie-bot – if you leave the game during 10 minutes from the start of the game
12.5 For other bots – if you leave the game before it’s end.
ATTENTION!!!! You must not save games on our host bots (Menu – Save Game)! If you try, you will be kicked by bot and autoban system will ban you according to it’s default parameters, which were mentioned above.
The duration of ban (days of ban) depends on your karma (which is the amount of your previous bans). The duration of autoban = your karma. All the autobans end in 00:00 Moscow time.

Dan, я понимаю, что сверху невменяемый кирпич английского текста, но если у тебя будет желание и возможность посмотреть и подправить его (как по правилам лтд х10 недавно) - лучей добра тебе. Моих знаний, увы, не всегда хватало, где-то, вероятно, неточности и ошибки.
